Decent Hotel Experience

cute staff free coffee dusty room dirty sheet

I super enjoyed that our dog was welcomed without extra costs, it was really important. The hotel offered many nice lounges on the ground floor, and it. I appreciated free coffee and tea, it was a good addition to the hotel.

The room I booked looked way better in the pictures posted online, not gonna lie. The room smelled, it was dusty and the sheets weren't clean too. I'm a little bit upset of that. I saw mildew spots on the back side of the pillow case in the middle of the night.

superb stay in the city

convenient location friendly staff thoughtful layout

i found the location convenient.. everything was so accessible. the staff was friendly. i secured a king suite for my stay, and it was a definite upgrade. i appreciated the extra space and the thoughtful layout.

i did notice that the old ac unit made a fair bit of noise, a bit distracting at times. it would be great to see that updated for a quieter experience.

the rooms provide crisp white cotton bedding and clean white towels, contributing to a comfortable stay. there's sufficient space to store luggage and hang clothes. the room i stayed in included a king-sized bed, guaranteeing restful sleep.

the hotel is near many restaurant options and public transportation, a big plus. the location is close to main areas downtown, a quiet part of town. it is easy to get around from this central spot.

the staff is cute and accommodating. they offer coffee and hot water in the morning in the lobby, a nice touch. the team is professional and helpful, thinking of every need.
